Lights, camera, action.
The California heat is live and well and has reduce me to not only a shrunken appetite but difficulties falling asleep. Leaving me with a bit too much time to photoshop ridiculous collages as this. I am naturally inspired by the color and angles, minus the subject. If only I do wake up as sultry and "perfect" looking as these photo elude people to believe. The slightest angle and lightning as depicted above can change the whole mood and direction of the photo.

Do you see what I see?
If you been a follower of my blog plus know me on my personal level. Effortlessly, there is no question follow by how schizophrenic my style can contrast from a week ago or even within a same day. Quite often I'm peering over the popular bloggers and admire them for their consistency in style making it much easier to do a blog. Shortly inspired by the momentum for consistency sure enough curtails by old-so-ever schiz0phrenic closet.
WELL RIGHT NOW I'M FEELING THE "PAN AM" WITH A MODERN TWIST. BTW it's a new tv series I watched once...not a big media frenzy individual usually. This one was fun to watch given the light-hearted mood.

Meanwhile, I may not have the heart to spend more than $100 for a pair shoes. Even with the $100 price point, the shoes would muster the talent to sing a song & walk for me or I'm horrendously in <3 with the shoes. I do have space for household good since I spend more time gazing at these things rather than my closet. My Waterford crystal ring holder, Louie keychain, and a antique ring I scoured at a local treasure shop. When I say treasure shop I mean antique/vintage shop. I know...weird language I have.
top 1982, skirt/skort vintage silk, belt 1982, heels Cathy Jeans.
No need to say my heels aren't from Alexander Wang but Cathy Jeans, a regular pit stop at the local mall I've picked up 5 years ago. Because the heels been majorly SCUFFED I been hesitant to wear them, which explains the angle of the photo. All in all I want to show fashion is the eyes for details and don't let the marketing fool you.

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
These are a few of my favorite things
top image Topshop Unique show SS12, bottom image Emilio Pucci show SS12
Inspiration and what my closet would revolve around these day. A bit of a wild gypsy who wear pants sometimes or the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. Or mix them up and hope for the best?

Beetlejuice would laugh
Off with her head!
top self-made, dress Urban Outfitter
I am in the chiffon, sheer, silk, and like-silk anything clothing these days. It feels right for the mood and the weather. I personally made this top myself and is available for sell on etsy at a very reasonable price. I love summer too bad it's being chased away by fall.

Valentino at Neiman
The look board for the show, lucky I was one of the 5 girls.
By far my favorite outfit so want to keep it.
Brita! The hot and sweet model what a combo.
A lace trench coat is like my dream lol Too bad the prices are not as consumer friendly.
I love her jacket too, feminine but powerful.
Backstage waiting for the last part which was the informal show. It was a bit awkward since there were no direction of sort.
The lovely and beautiful Anna! Lucky for her she got to wear the beautiful ball gown. She can speak Croatian mix with Swedish. Isn't that amazing?

Models are ummmm cool. Well duh.
The beautiful and lovely Jodie Smith (from NEXT) and most humble at that too. I had the honor to room with her during my mini trip to San Francisco for the Academy of Art show. Be sure to check out her blog not to be miss. She got some mad style too...
shirt Alternative Apparel, vest Endovanera, tights EVEN9, boots Zara, hat Urban Outfitter, sunglasses H&M, boots Zara (Yes I known I wore them for the gazillion times.)
On top of the treat, the boys from the show were ever so sweet to show us around San Francisco. The picture of us above at the Lombardy road.
The day was finish off with some exquisite wine, chesse, and prosciutto courtesy of the boys at their sweet flat.
Also got to meet the awesome vintage treasure stylist, Tiffany.
Heather, the smart savvy beautiful who was reading an investment book. How often do you see that?! Both stunning girls also from NEXT.
jacket , scarf and sunglasses all from H&M, pants EVEN9, boots Zara
Statistic has shown 90% of models wear boots. LOL I do love my combat boots. Photo courtesy of Fraser.

REED + RADER
Zombie are cool I might have to revamp my whole wardrobe because of these photos. I do not care if it's not socially conventional or not the norm. I hate the norm anyhow. Imagine these outfit with those rad ass invisible shoes for a shoot. Cooolllnesss and kudos to the photographer at Reed + Rader.

REED + RADER
Maybe I'm not feeling the gloves so much won't be able to maneuver my BB or drive LOL What do you all think? Too much? It fits the mood for the upcoming movie, Alice in Wonderland. I'm extra hyped about that movie.

Joseph Tran is awe-inspiring!
What model wouldn't love to test with Joseph Tran? Not only did I get mind blowing photos but I made a great new friend. One of the very few photographer out there who bring out the best in the model and their character as well. Thank you so much Joe! The images speaks for itself.
A few of my favorites from Joseph. Peep him at http://www.josephtran.net/
Btw, if I style myself of course after Joseph's approval if it's a YAY or NAY! I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do.
